New Style

I'm trying to pick up this digital painting style called Speed Painting. I love the roughness it gives, I remember along time ago my brother showed me a site having loads of the style, then I lost it. I found it again earlier this week. So I tried to take a whack at it.

A bit of a teaser of my 2D assignment.

So I plan to actually have a Christmas tree out this year. I plan to draw little Shirois decorating the tree. So the decorations are the little guys in the process of decorating the tree. I got it in my head I just need to put it on paper sometime.

My friend has to like put 3 written things and make them into articles like a magazine for his human develop through aging class. I showed what he could do in illusrator.

This is the 2nd one I came up with just like an hour ago. XD Also if the subscription was not there it could have been replaced with a barcode font and the numbers will say how many words are in the magazine and stuff..

yeah... XD

And I had to use helvetica. :<

So I got bored and wanted to take pictures of some of the drinks I end up buying. I took 3 empty bottles and filled them with water. One had a yellow-ish color and the other had a creamy green. I used food coloring and cornstarch (to get the opaque color.) For the green one wasn't really the color, but I got close to it. I took around 41 shots.. >w<

My professor in digital photography said I should look up Uta Barth cause one of the photos I chose for my best 4 photos was all blurry and I took it by looking into or out of a glass cup. XD It's interesting how the orange dot is sharper than the rest of the photo when it's blurry as well. Lol

>w< Second photo tried to take a better picture of roses... XD And for the last one I went for a blurry sort of photo. |D

My New Toy!

I now own a Canon Rebel XTi. :3 I just received it this afternoon. XP I'm sooo happy now I can go off skiddly doo taking pictures with CONTROL!

I was recommended to upload my photos on Flickr from now on, so I got my own account there. XD So far it's just random stuff around my house. :x

Shiroi Throughout the Years

I decided to make a time line of Shiroi. It took me a couple hours to do, but I'm happy to see the changes throughout the years. I searched through pages of old drawings from middle school to high school. I always wanted to do this, and I finally found enough drawings to do it.

I like how you can adjust things to make things look more interesting and pop out. The photo was taken originally with a Olympus FE-190 6.0 megapixles. (Just a simple point and shoot camera.)

Paper!

During my geology class I was bored took my sketch book and started gluing crumpled up teared up paper... it was all messy then I started to reconstruct the paper to make it look like a piece of paper. Then I took a sketch of Seira and Shiroi and tore them out and glued them and wrote a small nonsense story.

How bored can I get?
